At Concord Pet Foods & Supplies, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn fashion items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or dander.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
